Do I need travel insurance?
It is strongly advised that all clients take out adequate insurance cover such as cancellation due to illness, accident or injury, personal accident and personal liability, loss of or damage to baggage and sports equipment (Note that this is not an exhaustive list).
Please note that various credit card companies offer limited levels of travel insurance, which the Travel Agent does not consider sufficient cover for international travel. Kindly check with the respective credit card companies in order to obtain the specific details of the cover.
When and how do I get my ticket?
All issued tickets are paperless, meaning that you will not receive a physical ticket once issued, instead details of your booking with the check-in reference number will be sent to you via e-mail. This e-mail, showing your reference number, can be printed and presented at the check-in counter or shown from your mobile phone - all they need is the reference.

Alternatively, you may elect to do an online check-in, usually 24 hours before departure, and have the boarding pass sent to you via e-mail or mobile from the airline's website directly.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
We advise that you contact our Travel Agents at your earliest convenience, at least 48 hours before departure, for us to advise on the necessary course of action and to advise if any refund will be due to you. As we are bound by our supplier's terms and conditions, we can only advise once we have contacted that supplier.

If, for any reason, you are unable to reach our offices or after hours contact, and your request is urgent, we strongly advise that you contact the airline or supplier directly with the contact details you would have been provided at the time of booking.
Can I use my miles when booking with your agency?
The simplest answer here is, no. As we do not have access to airline's systems, we therefore cannot facilitate such reservations, and only the applicable airline will be able to assist. We recommend that you contact them directly and provide them with the necessary information in order to complete your request.

We can, however, enter your details in order for you to accumulate miles on your trip, but are unable to see how many miles are available or accumulated.
